We launched this new Club for Jazz, Blues and Contemporary Music gigs in October 2006. The word is out and from March '07 we are more or less every month. Featuring rising and established stars, plus newcomers. We are not just running a night, we want you to become part of the Jazz and Blues family at South Hill Park.
By coming along and using this web site you can get involved. Write a review, steward, maybe even perform. Or simply enjoy the excellent music performed in the unique atmosphere of the Cellar Bar.
We have had some terrific musicians over the last 24 months as you can see under past gigs in our gigs page.Plus Partisans, Finn Peters Quintet and Cuban Meltdown with Cuban star Bobby Carcasses plus Steve Waterman, George Haslam. All different takes, reflecting only a fraction of the variables of the genre available to the Jazz fan today. This site is updated regularly and will soon feature the upcoming gigs that include the return of Polar Bear in November. We also celebrate the Blues from time to time. Let Bob know through this site who you would like to see. All we ask is that you come along as regularly as you can.It's up to you - the bigger the audience, the better gigs at Jazz 'n Stuff!
